Dautzenberg & zoon was initially founded in 1965 under the name "P. Dautzenberg Beton". Only 3 years after son Carlo joined the company in 1985, the company was transformed into what is now Dautzenberg & Zoon NV. Not long after this, son Stefan started in 1991 as an active member of the team.

In 1994 Dautzenberg & Zoon NV moved to its current location on the industrial estate in Oudsbergen. In the years that followed, investments were accompanied by substantial expansions to meet the ever-growing customer demand. As a result, they have a very spacious infrastructure with more than 8900m² to date!
